Hi! 

My name is Roxanne and I'm a photographer currently based in Asheville, NC. Born in Hawaii, I grew up in the mountains of WNC with my mom and sister. I studied Photojournalism & Studio Art at UNC Chapel Hill as well as Fine & Applied Art in Mendoza, Argentina. Prior to my return to Appalachia, I blogged my way through Southeast Asia, lived in Washington DC where I held a Photo Editorial Internship at National Geographic Traveler, and more recently enjoyed having a front porch lifestyle along the eastern seaboard of Wilmington, NC. 

I'm infatuated with people, places and culture and hope many of the most revelatory experiences I've had around this planet are reflected in my work.  I love photography and view every shoot as a new creative project. Whatever the subject matter; I will always push my limits to create original and compelling photographs.
